Course covers starting a classroom, preparation of the schedule and the physical environment, curriculum development, spiritual/psychological conditions of the environment, and the role of the teacher:  as initiator, observer, group leader, records keeper.

Assessment: Classroom Leadership

The student must satisfactorily complete written and practical evaluations for both academic and practicum phases as well as complete all in-class assignments and classroom manuals.
